Originally from Belgium, now permanently based in CT. While earning a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in Canada, most of G's precious time was spent at Fairmont Luxury Hotels and Resorts.

 

While working at The Queen Elizabeth, in Montreal,  G traveled with the catering team, setting-up events in unusual locations, (such as empty buildings, corn fields and orchards) for large dinners, weddings, corporate events and for unique events like "Cirque du Soleil". The experience was like a fairy tale. Everything came together and guests were overflowing with joy and excitement!

 

G also worked at the famous Banff Springs hotel in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, where she helped create and organize unique and intimate events. From themed to gourmet dinners, lavish brunches and massive international seminars.  What a career experience! Also being at the top of the mountain, Spring skiing at Lake Louise and Whistler with friends was a joyful moment of her life. The desire to continue her professional growth in the industry didn't stop there.

 

G Moved to Paris, worked at Hotel Nikko, at Quai de Grenelle, the location where Master Chef Joel Robuchon's launched his career. G traveled to live life, to expand her professional experience and cultivate new relationships. 

 

G Crossed the Atlantic Ocean to Naples Florida, where she managed the opening of a multi-operation concept, with consisted of four sit-down restaurants, a bakery and a cigar lounge. G missed the four seasons and needed to go back north!

 

The French man G was looking for was curiously living in Greenwich, CT. That's where she put her suitcase down and kept building experience: L'Escale, Rebecca's, Round Hill Club and Bouley in NYC.

After solid training and over 20 years of experience, G has decided to combine Event Planning with Concierge Services. G is passionate about creating and coordinating events. She will provide you with the perspective necessary to inspire action. Whether that action is a daily task or an elaborate event.
